We are looking for a dynamic metal deburr operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working on the fabrication area and producing our product based on specific schematics/drawings. You'll also be in charge of inspecting finished products, unloading materials onto the deburr line, and adhering to safety protocols.
To ensure success as an deburr operator, you should have meticulous attention to detail and be able to spot the smallest imperfections in products. Ultimately, a top-notch deburr operator should display excellent knowledge of proper assembly procedures.
Deburr Operator Responsibilities:
- Processing Aerospace parts on the deburr line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
- Maintaining a record of mechanical repairs and adjustments on the deburred parts
- Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
Deburr Operator Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working on a production fabrication environment
- Solid understanding of production machinery and proper hand manufacturing procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good motivation and the ability to do manual work and stand for hours at a time.
